Aluminum boat cleaning

dtro Aluminum hull painted white. I have some algae staining from last year. I am going to try whesley's bleach white. If it comes clean is there any type of protectant I can put on it to make it easier to clean/protect. Wax? 2002-04-18
Bob_VT Try Simple Green to clean the bottom off. I doubt the wax will hurt it much and may keep it cleaner or try non-fouling bottom paint.
